All references to external websites and content on Yuzzon are not subject to review. Yuzzon assumes no liability for damages arising from the use of linked content. Yuzzon bears no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of these websites. The provider of the linked page is solely liable for illegal, incorrect, or incomplete content and, in particular, for damages arising from the use of linked information.

If accessible content is provided and made available by users/advertisers or on their behalf, Yuzzon assumes no liability whatsoever for the content, accuracy, currency, or reliability of the content, nor for any spelling or transmission errors. The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information in their advertisement.

Yuzzon is in no case liable for any damages incurred by users who rely on information they have become aware of during the use of Yuzzon’s platform.

For the payment of the respective services, we either redirect you to the respective provider themselves or to a payment provider. Yuzzon cannot assume any liability for the security of the data you provide on these external portals that are not part of Yuzzon.

Yuzzon strives to provide its services in a reliable and consumer-friendly manner, and therefore requests users to inform Yuzzon of any incidents indicating that another user is abusing the platform, acting unlawfully, or causing harm to others. Yuzzon will investigate such reports and may block users, delete listings, and/or inform the relevant authorities as necessary.

For reporting unreliable or unlawful ad content, there is a direct option available within the ad itself. If you report an unlawful content, it is advisable to provide as much detail as possible regarding the legal basis, as well as your name and address to facilitate the investigation. Anonymous reports will not be considered by Yuzzon.

In the event that customers report violations of rules to Yuzzon, Yuzzon is not obligated to conduct a detailed investigation. The final decision regarding taking an ad offline or blocking a user, etc., rests with Yuzzon.

Customers are strictly prohibited from misusing any information and data made available on Yuzzon. Misuse includes, in particular, using the available information and data for commercial purposes, using this data and information on other websites or publications, and sending unsolicited information such as emails or SMS for direct advertising, surveys, market research, and opinion polls without appropriate coordination with Yuzzon or considering it as mass communication.

Yuzzon is entitled, but not obligated, to withhold the delivery of inquiries/applications, etc., either for legal reasons or based on the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, or for reasons of security and competition, without prior consultation with the user/advertiser. This applies to messages with the obvious intention of fraudulently harming the advertiser, as well as messages that violate legal or regulatory prohibitions, are abusive, or violate good morals. For this purpose, emails from Yuzzon may be reviewed. The user expressly agrees to this measure.

Users of Yuzzon’s internet service undertake not to engage in any activity that may impair third parties or cause damage to Yuzzon. Unsolicited advertising and spamming (aggressive direct marketing via email or telephone), insults, political content, violations of good morals, or any use of the platform to transmit criminally punishable acts or consciously harm other internet participants are prohibited.

It cannot be guaranteed that the internet service is compatible with the user’s technical equipment.

Actions that violate or intend to violate network or system security (e.g., introducing a virus or Trojan) are prohibited and will be pursued civilly and criminally.

Yuzzon uses software to analyze the usage of our platform. This allows us to evaluate the use of the internet service and gain valuable insights into the users’ needs. These insights contribute to further improving the quality of Yuzzon’s offerings.
